Story Teller ...

Dear TCS people,

Starting today and ending on 28 May we will run a competition for the Best 5 Positive Story
The Top Best will receive a 500 Dh award and the other four 250Dh award each.
All 5 Best Positive Story winners will be featured in the next issue of Connect with a picture and a brief bio sketch.

All positive stories will be printed in quickcom irrespective, as the story is filed and come in. Out of these on 30th May, I will pick the top five best.
A positive story must relate to a positive experience you or the customer encounter while working in or with TCS. It could be an experience that has occurred within the last six months or during this week. Better still if you can create a positive story through your positive actions, this week.
Something that you do that makes you feel proud ! A story that can be narrated as a positively inspiring, motivating and uplifting experience.
Quickcom is a great opportunity for those of you who are keen on making yourself, your contribution and your performance leading to a positive story, known.
A great opportunity to stand out and be noticed .
Quickcom is the vehicle TCS is providing you to ...'create your own future'.
Make things Happen ! and let us know through quickcom.
Do not be like those who wait for things to happen or who do not know if anything has happened.
PS; Copy the Positive Story to Robel

Respected Sir/Madam
A.A

I am forwarding one complain as herby;
Today at 02:14pm (Pakistan Time) my family talked with one of TCS customer officer on telephone (091-283198721) of whom was totally RUDE and NON POLITE! (We tried to ask the customer officer name but he refused to tell us!)
This TCS centre is located opposite TV station, Saddar cantt, Peshawar.
One of parcel containing my documents were dispatched to me (Malaysia) last Tuesday (26-02-2008) from this center.
The parcel supposed to be here by today (03-03-2008)
Upon non receipt of the same, I informed my family in Pakistan. When they contact above mentioned TCS customer officer, we were shocked to get his comments, of which some of them are as follow ;
We are not GOD, if we said it will be on this date, we are not responsible if its not there.
Our tracking system is not working, we are having networking problem (I am un able to track the same since last week!)
If you are not satisfy with our (TCS) services then go with the GPO normal mailing system (Now that’s too much!)
Well...as an expat I always trust and proud to have TCS. But this time I am really disappointed
I don’t know any action will be taken on my mail, but living here, I really am sorry for the system we have in Pakistan!
Just a request, to please clarify the situation
