What should TCS stop doing ?

Dear TCS People,
over here you may wish to freely comment on 'what is it that TCS should stop doing', in order to better your work and which does not add value to the company or to the service to the customer .

START LEARNING TO UNLEARN THE OLD BELIEFS, CONCENTRATE ON RIGHT FIT CULTURE AND AVOID GOING AGAINST PRESSURES - PARTICULARLY IN TERMS OF AVIATION (FLYING WAREHOUSE).

TCS managers are invited to respond to the following assumptions in an open way as they feel, so that to explore and identify any reason, either to stop doing that or fix it to further strengthen competitive position of the Company.
- Management Style is what? I'm confused to select from below:
1-personal leadership
2-collective leadership
3-accumulated values
4-or practices in the firm
I think management style and managers' skilled incompetence are greatly influenced by each other. If not then, how you will expalin that. Do you think and consider that management style is related to nature of different businesses in the Company or Company position in the market?
As we know people are the main and most prcious resource of an organisation, organisation's success depend on them and thats whay the style is selected.
